Automation of Semiconductor Detector Tests for ATLAS Upgrade

After many years of operation of a Large Hadron Collider, it is necessary to modernize it. The next upgrading will also include an ATLAS detector upgrade. This work is devoted to the development of workflows of testing the silicon strip detectors used in the new ATLAS inner detector. The laser testing method was chosen for the needs of this work. In the first chapters of this work, the reader will learn about the principle of semiconductor detectors, their testing and use in ATLAS. The fourth chapter is devoted to the description of used equipment. The fifth chapter shows the results of the module testing. Discussion of measured results is devoted to chapter six. 1
